Every proposal experience includes professional, discreet photography of the moment and portraits afterward. An edited highlight film can be added.
Florals & finishing touches
Every experience includes its floral package and 6-ft MARRY ME letters. The Storybook adds a red carpet and candles; The Grand Gesture includes those details plus a music setup. Live musicians and private dining are available as optional upgrades.

The Keepsake starts at $1,450; The Storybook at $2,950; and The Grand Gesture at $5,900. Photography coverage, floral design, travel, venue or permit fees and optional upgrades are detailed in your written quote before booking.

For your proposal, the plan brings together the setting, styling, timing and a discreet photography approach, so you can focus on your partner. After the surprise, there is time for portraits together.

Matthaei Botanical Gardens: photography and styling
Matthaei combines outdoor gardens with an indoor conservatory. The venue has photography fees for couples portraits and restrictions on equipment during busy conservatory periods. A photo pass does not establish permission for letters, candles or an installation; we confirm the proposed setup separately.

Nichols Arboretum: an outdoor experience
The Arb offers trails, gardens and river views, with access from sunrise to sunset. Plan around daylight, walking distance, weather and limited nearby parking. Tell us about mobility needs so the approach to the proposal feels comfortable for both of you.
Choosing a season and backup plan
Garden appearance changes with the season. Share the colors and atmosphere you want rather than assuming a particular bloom will be available. We discuss weather contingencies and any venue changes before you commit.
